EPG’s team of professional, talented and knowledgeable REIT asset is experienced in all facets of the business. Collectively, this group of senior level professionals has more than 100 years of hands-on expertise in the commercial retail real estate business.

Chief Executive Officer
Bob Steiner

Bob Steiner is a real estate professional with an entrepreneurial vision. He has more than 25 years of experience in shopping center development and management in major retail markets throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Bob is strategic minded and excels in all aspects of leasing and management, financial underwriting, managing JV relations, marketing and construction/tenant coordination. He has a distinct talent for structuring and negotiating lease deals.

In the course of Bob’s career, he has managed and leased super regional and regional malls, urban, entertainment, outlet, neighborhood and community centers. The premier centers for which he has been responsible include – Paramus Park, South Street Seaport, Riverwalk, St. Louis Union Station, Potomac Mills and Sawgrass Mills

Bob is a member of the ICSC and has presided over and participated in numerous panels and speaking engagements. He resides in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania with his wife and four children. Bob is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American studies.

Operations & Facilities Management
William J Leppert

Bill Leppert is the managing partner of LG Management Services, LLC and is responsible for providing property management and facility services to its clients. Bill works with various ownership groups, third party management companies and individual entities to define and deliver necessary services for their real estate portfolio, which includes retail, office and institutional properties. Services provided can range from on-site fully staffed management teams to operational and facility personal, depending upon the property needs and budget. Bill works with each individual property and client to best determine their needs and then provides the necessary services to meet and exceed those, all while working to enhance the properties value and return on investment.

Prior to forming LG Management Services in 2007, Bill was Director of Management Services for TSS Facility Services in Union, NJ. Prior to this, Bill was East Coast Regional Manager for Dent Enterprises, headquartered in East Lansing, MI.

Mr. Leppert graduated from Pace University in New York with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting.  Bill resides in Branchville, NJ with his wife, Mary Ellen. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. He also has been an elected councilman in his hometown, serving 18 years on the committee, including 4 years as Mayor.

Operations & Facilities Management
Arthur Schnarr

Arthur brings over thirty years of industry experience in the management, operations, development and leasing of diverse portfolios of investment real estate.  His client base ranges from institutional to individual owners.  He has created customized leasing and management plans that deliver on owner expectations and needs.  His experience is in all aspects of the business from the physical plant to the back office.  He understands the importance of ROI and the attention to asset growth and preservation while operating each asset from the owner’s perspective.  Art has worked and held high management positions in some of the area’s largest management organizations.

In addition, Art brings over fifteen years of business development experience by securing leasing and management assignments from both institutional and individual investors.

Kay T. Kim

Kay is a business, marketing and brand strategist with unparalleled repository of knowledge of the complete retail experience. Her expertise was honed during the time she spent as a shopping center industry marketing executive with two premier commercial real estate developers/ REITs – General Growth Properties (GGP) and The Rouse Company (TRC).

At GGP, Kay was responsible for field marketing and leasing/marketing for 80 shopping centers across 24 states totaling 60M sq. ft. of GLA and producing an NOI in excess of $2.2 billion. At The Rouse Company, she served as a Marketing Director for virtually every type of shopping center. She has directed and/or supported 10 new property grand openings, develops, redevelopments and expansions including: Natick Collection, South Street Seaport & Pier 17, Staten Island Mall, The Mall in Columbia, Harborplace & The Gallery and Willowbrook Mall to name a few.

At the executive level, Kay has directed field marketing for market-dominant regional shopping centers, luxury centers, urban mixed-use centers, downtown marketplaces, open-air centers and master planned communities.

Kay’s knowledge base is further enhanced by ongoing business and marketing strategy work through KTK Consulting, LLC, as well as current restaurant, bar, residential apartment and historic train station property ownership, leasing and management.
